We are looking for volunteers to help make our show a success on Friday June 10, Saturday, June 11 and Sunday, June 12 at the beautiful Botanical Gardens. This is a great opportunity to learn more about Hostas and their cultivation, meet new Hosta friends and visitors who will benefit from your knowledge.

Set up
Saturday 8 am to noon
Registration
Greet and register exhibitors using AHS registration sheet
Exhibit Assistance
Assist exhibitors in preparing their displays and filling out the AHS Individual Tally Sheet and show tags. Move finished displays to Classification area.
Placement
Once approved by Classification, place exhibits on show tables according to classification.
Saturday noon to 4 pm
Clerks Assist - Judges during the show.
Judge - Must be AHS accredited Judge.
Sunday 8 am to 10 am
Staging
Assist in moving the Hosta show exhibits from the Administration Building to the public show site, Building 10
Sunday 10 am to 4pm
Membership & Information
Provide show, Hosta and membership information to visitors.
Sunday 4pm
Dismantling
Assist exhibitors in retrieving their displays, exhibit tags and awards
Breakdown show and pack show materials
